Why I wrote it
It started with my own questions.
This book grew out of real business questions and real notary experience—the ones that came up between appointments, at the end of long days, and in the middle of work I had never seen before. I started using AI the way I use every other tool in my office: carefully, and then better, as I learned what it could and couldn't do.
I wrote down what worked. That became the Playbook. It is written for real notaries, not for computer programmers, and every recommendation in it is there because it helped me in my own business first.
